Article 1. General

1.1 The general conditions of By Living Stories apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Crafts by Living Stories. When you order an item, you agree to these conditions. If you have questions about these conditions, you can contact By Living Stories at info@bylivingstories.com.

Article 2. Agreement & Order

2.1 The agreement is binding at the time that you place an order. By Living Stories processes the orders after the payment is received. Until then, By Living Stories is the sole owner of the products.

2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail, with the invoice and the details of your order.

2.3 Pictures and specifications are for indication. All products are handmade and can therefore be slightly different.

2.4 By Living Stories has the right to refuse an order and to dissolve an agreement. The dissolution must be formally announced.

2.5 By Living Stories reserves the right to change images and texts on the website without prior notice.

Article 3. Payment & Payment methods

3.1 At By Living Stories you can choose from four secure payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Ideal.

3.2 If By Living Stories has inadvertently mentioned a wrong price on the website and it is clearly a mistake, we have the right to adjust it. Even if you have already ordered the item.

3.3 All prices on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Article 4. Shipping cost & delivery time

The shipping time is an indication, By Living Stories is not responsible for any delay.

Article 5. Delivery

5.1 By Living Stories has the following delivery method: DHL courier service.

5.2 If you have inadvertently entered a wrong delivery address, chosen the wrong delivery option or By Living Stories needs to resend the package for other reasons, additional costs may apply that By Living Stories can pass on to the customer.

5.3. By Living Stories always strives to ensure that you receive your order within the expected delivery time. If for some reason this is not possible (an article is temporarily out of stock or the courier service ceases) we will let you know as soon as possible.

5.4 Up to and including the moment of delivery, By Living Stories bears the responsibility for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.

5.5 Please note that the delivery times mentioned in article 4 are the expected delivery times. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to submit a claim. By Living Stories will always make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 6. Visibility period

6.1 By Living Stories strives to check all products and order before they are sent. Nevertheless, we advise you to check the quality and the number of products within 14 days. If something is wrong, send an email to info@bylivingstories.com.

Article 7. Returns & Exchanges

7.1 We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you have 14 days from the date on which you received the order to return the product. The label should be still on the product. You can not return the product without the label sticked to it.

7.2 A return or exchange must always first be registered with us through info@bylivingstories.com.

7.3 You can return the package together with your name & order number to the address we provide you through e-mail.

7.4 The costs and responsibility of a return shipment are yours.

7.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse returned items.

7.6 Refunds take place within 14 days after receipt and inspection.

7.7 By Living Stories can only transfer the amount that you receive back to the account with which the original payment was made.

Article 8. Guarantee

8.1 After the 14-day approval period (article 6.1), By Living Stories gives a 6-month guarantee on the quality of the product. The warranty is void if the product shows a defect caused by improper use or if others have tried to make the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send an email to info@bylivingstories.com.

8.2 By Living Stories will propose a suitable alternative. By Living Stories decides which of the following options is chosen.

Refund

8.3 In the event of a refund, reimbursement will take place within 14 working days.

Article 9. Copyright

9.1 All photos and images used by By Living Stories are copyrighted. Without written permission from By Living Stories, photographs and images may not be reproduced and used in public.

Article 10. Disputes

10.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
