Delivery

  • FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the Netherlands.

  • All of our domestic and international orders are shipped by DHL.

  • DHL will provide you with different options how, when and where you would like your package to be delivered.

  • All orders will receive a confirmation mail when the order is placed.

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so that you can track your items.

  • Please allow us 2 business days for order preparation BEFORE shipping.

  • For any questions regarding the shipment of your order, you can always contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Our jewelry will be packed securely to assure that it reaches you in excellent condition.

  • Any taxes or duties of the customers country will be payable by the customer at delivery.

Exchange or return

When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please contact us, so we can contact you about the return policy. You can contact us by email.

 

Please note that the exact appearance of your item can deviate from the photograph, because each gemstone is individually selected and cut for your piece of jewelry and will therefore have its own shape, colour and uniqueness.

  • We guarantee an exchange or refund if the items are returned in perfect condition. within 14 days from the date of delivery and then have not been worn. The seal, where applied, may not be removed from the jewelry.

  • Please make sure your return is packed in its original packaging and any seal is still attached to the jewelry. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If you return a product back to us, we advise you to use a trackable shipping method to make sure your items are insured.

  • Crafts by Living Stories does not refund any lost or damaged return packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

  • We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.

  • Refunds will be made after we receive the undamaged and sealed product.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 working days after receiving the product and will be made on the same account from which you paid the order.
